Hunter Purnell, Holrob Residential's Principal, apprenticed with Knoxville builder Ben Testerman for two years, immersing himself in the construction industry before beginning Holrob Residential. In that time, he experienced every aspect of the construction business from accounting to marketing.

Holrob Residential employs an in-house designer and has a design center where each customer can meet with one of our designers and pick out all the finishes for their new home. Our superintendent or contractors are always on site to ensure that the construction process is running smoothly and building quality is superior.
